Outdoor gym in Greece

I have started to train a little, sporadically...at an outdoor "Fitness center" in Ano Glyfada. Recently I discovered it behind the outdoor basketball court, where my son is training, and thought it was a good idea to use the waiting time for some healthy fitness!

Great fun really and actually I've never understood why I'm not training on regular basis?!
I who was doing all kinds of sports once upon a time...

It's of course free entrance at these gyms, but they have opening hours: 07-15, 17-23!

The moment I took this picture it was nobody there, but there has always been a few persons training. Probably it's more busy in the afternoon, like at Glyfada Gympark, where we have been a couple of times.

The last two years it has popped up quite a few of these in the country - that's super!

I have shortened and fixed many pairs of trousers and I feel very satisfied with myself...If one just start it's done quite fast, but it belongs to these kind of things I almost always hold off...

Do you sew on buttons etc at once or do the clothes end up in a pile "To be done" like as for me?

Hi Eva,

Great to hear from you. I have been so busy that I have not had time to post anything on my blog.

I continue to get news about Greece. Interestingly, Greece is in the news here in the US every day. Most major networks have reporters now stationed in Athens.

Hey Eva,

So lovely of you to stop by again, plus it's great to hear you're training or doing something to get fit... I've been procrastinating non-stop!

I am also one of those people who have a mini pile of 'must sew up, add button'... if it's easy or it's something I want to wear straight away it gets done!

ps I think the girl in the top left pic wearing stripes is Rachel Bilson, girl above Rachel but also wearing a hat is Rosie-Huntington Whiteley. :)

Hello Regina! Well, I guess Greece is in the news every day in most of the countries at this period...Let's hope everything will be o.k in the end!

Hello a Brit Greek! So, I'm not the only one postponing things...

Then it was Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's outfit I meant.
