Click here for SwedishIt's the third year that "GREECE Race For The Cure" is organized in Athens. A race against breast cancer. The race will take place now on Sunday, October, 2nd at Zappeio 11 a.m.
You have to register for the race. The cost is 5 euro. Then you get both a T-shirt and a cap (it would be enough with one thing I think, so that more money would go to cancer research...). You can register through internet and at a few places in the center of Athens, in Marousi and here in Glyfada.
You can choose either to run 4 km or to walk 2 km. I used to run a lot when I was young, but the last years it hasn't happened to often, so I will choose the last alternative...
Beautiful jewellerys will be sold by the sponsor Pandora. I haven't been able to find any prices - it will be a surprise...!
