The Umbrella Coat - a new Greek invention!

Read in Swedish: Paraplykappan - ny grekisk uppfinning!

Today it has been raining. When I was going to pick up the groceries from the trunk of the car with the umbrella in the one hand I was
wishing I had an umbrella coat/jacket like this one!

This, my friends, is a new Greek invention! It's the Greek designer Nancy Leivaditou who thought about this when she needed free hands during rain. Nancy has recently gotten an award, "A Silver Design Award",  as well for this innovating design in Italy. Congratulations and celebrations!

The production of the Umbrella Coat hasn't started yet. Read more about the Umbrella Coat Project at the website: STUDIO NL - Architecture Design

This is pretty cool! Especially for days like this! Ugh! Hate the weather right now.

Irina: I guess the headcover will blow back, but it must be easier to keep it in place (with one hand)than a normal umbrella.
